A "Beta Release" or "Beta Version" of a program is a version thereof that is made available to the public prior to the official release. The purpose of a beta release is to test the application. Generally beta releases are relatively stable, but the user should be aware that serious program errors or other problems might occur.

With this in mind, Isatto™ cannot make any guarantees with regard to beta versions of its software. The user downloads, installs and uses beta software at his or her own risk.

Specific notes on Beta releases:

dabMail™
With reference to dabMail, users of beta versions of the program are strongly advised to leave a copy of downloaded emails on the mail server. This option can be edited in the program settings. By leaving a copy of emails on the server, the user can, as a backup, also download the emails to a previous, stable version of dabMail or to a different email client, thus preserving important emails should the application malfunction.
